I stayed for a night with friends and the location was awesome! Our room was clean and comfy, with loads of pillows to sink into. However, I noticed some issues like the pool being closed and the breakfast setup felt kinda cheap with disposables. Definitely needs some TLC!

Excellent location near Clifton Hill,, accommodating reception staff who helped with an early check-in.

Rooms felt rundown with broken chairs and unclean bathrooms,, parking charges felt excessive for the lack of amenities.

Location is a short walk to attractions, making exploring easy. Enjoyed the spacious room with comfortable beds and solid WiFi, which worked well for streaming after a day out.

Got hit with a $20 parking fee—nothing like an unexpected charge. The bathroom could use some attention. the toilet seat felt mismatched, and the noisy fan made late-night light use a pain. Additionally, I had to chase down a missing shower curtain, which added more hassle than needed to my stay.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to major attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was available for a fee, and WiFi was included. Staff was friendly Overall a good experience. 👍

The staff was friendly the room was clean. The bathroom was really good, large, updated and clean. Plus, I could buy the parking before check-in and explore whatever was around.

It was just a solid selection for a brief retreat in Niagara Falls with very good value for money. Had to change rooms due to smoke smell, but some staff helped with the change quickly. Bring your own cleaning supplies for the rooms if you want it tidy.
